Write the policy
The relying party writes the threshold, categories, freshness and validity window.
VTE · Canton DevNet · synthetic data
Ask one narrow question about a private position. Get one bounded answer.
VTE lets a relying party check whether a position meets a condition on Canton, without receiving the whole book. Built by Veridex Alethia Labs.
Una pregunta acotada sobre una posición privada. Una respuesta acotada. VTE permite comprobar si una posición cumple una condición en Canton sin recibir todo el libro. Corre en Canton DevNet con datos sintéticos. No es un piloto.
The relying party defines the question. The holder sees the scope. Canton checks that the pieces agree.
The relying party writes the threshold, categories, freshness and validity window.
The holder sees what is asked and what the other side will not see, then accepts or declines.
A named source attests. Daml templates check agreement and return freshness, validity and ledger references.
One mechanism, four bounded ways to consume evidence about a stated condition.
Across several institutions, without exposing any single position.
Categories and limits are shown to the source and governance parties.
The counterparty can read the answer on the ledger before proceeding.
The relying party sees the band only.
Four situations
VTE returns evidence about a stated condition. It does not determine eligibility, run KYC or provide legal advice.
Every statement here has a boundary.
The Daml templates run on a Canton participant. Every answer on screen is read back from the ledger.
Every party and source is operated by our team, the data is synthetic and the source is a labelled demonstration source. This is not a pilot.
VTE records what was declared and checks that the declarations agree. It does not determine that a declared value is true.
It does not settle, lock or set aside anything, and it says nothing about solvency or legal title. Only VTE Reveal and VTE Match hide values cryptographically.
The public package will link to the exact DevNet runs and the repository evidence once they are published.
